I was going to post this yesterday with a video but I can't seem to get the video uploaded to YouTube or Facebook from my phone.

ANYWAY I heard that is was dreary back in the KC area. I'm grateful that I'm here in sunny Arizona!!!! The average number of sunny days in Lake Havasu City is 290!!! That equals 79% of the year to experience God's natural mood enhancing, Vitamin D supplying sunshine!! I wish my swimsuit wasn't in storage! People around here should NEVER be cranky!!! For the most part people have been extremely friendly and happy.  I think once I get settled in a place and out of this hotel and can stay out of the restaurants I'm gonna be just fine here. Change is good and God allowed this to happen at this time for a reason. I'm just going to lean on Him and trust Him as I watch the rest of the journey to unfold.

I'm guessing that in about 6 months I will have done everything that needs to be done regarding this relocation. I didn't think that I could transfer my insurance until I had a permanent address but I was mistaken. I had my auto policy transferred today. They added windshield replacement coverage...I suppose that is standard coverage around these parts! I
 was following too closely behind a mini-van as we were trying to pass a slower moving car and got dinged with a rock just a couple days ago!!! Note to self: don't follow too closely ESPECIALLY if the vehicle in front of me is accelerating!

The next step in relocating is finding someplace to live. Another task that I'm not particularly found of doing, looking at all these different places. I tried to look at things online so that I could find someplace quicker. Well, I didn't think that I wasn't going to a problem due to the size of the market here. Parker doesn't have much to choose from. From that perspective there has only been 1 property that appeals to me.  I thought that it was the house that God prepared for me until I looked at the housing options in Havasu tonight. Not only is there 1 REALLY NICE house to choose from (that didn't list on the internet) but there could possibly be 2 REALLY NICE duplexes right across the street from the house!!!! I also didn't think that I wanted to drive 30-45mins to/from work everyday. The drive REALLY hasn't been that bad!!! So now I must make a decision...2 bed/1bath no garage 5mins from work OR 2-3bed/2bath with 1 or 2 car garage 30-45mins from work. More to do entertainment wise in Havasu or less in Parker...Lord help me make the right decision!
